History

Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home has been a staple of our community for more than 60 years. It all started in 1953 when Stanley P. Zis purchased the Joseph P. Michaelonis Funeral Home located at 26 Kinsley Street in Nashua, and we've been helping people ever since.

In 1972, Stanley merged the business with Edmund F. Sweeney and the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home was born.

Over the years, the Nashua community has grown and evolved, and, in response, we have grown and evolved while upholding our core values of respect, integrity, service excellence and enduring relationships.
